The exercise science program prepares students to evaluate health behaviors, identify biomechanical risk factors, and develop a comprehensive health and fitness program for a variety of individuals or groups. The students will have the ability to utilize these skills based on their knowledge obtained through their coursework (i.e. exercise physiology, kinesiology, and biomechanics).

If students wish to pursue a Master’s degree, the Bachelor’s in Exercise Science in conjunction with the Master’s in Athletic Training is a 5-year accelerated degree program.
What will I be doing?
Along with core curriculum classes, students will be involved in hands-on laboratory studies utilizing advanced testing equipment while learning how exercise science applies to the human body from a systemic approach. For more information, click here.
